Acceptance of terms

By using Text Ferry, whether as a provider (a wellness practitioner) or as a client receiving messages from a Text Ferry number, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms are provided by Tepita Ventures LLC, doing business as Text Ferry, based in New York, USA.

What Text Ferry does

Text Ferry is an automated SMS communication tool for solo wellness practitioners. When a practitioner is in a session and unable to respond to inbound text messages, Text Ferry automatically sends a pre-written reply — using language the practitioner wrote themselves — on their behalf. The practitioner then receives a notification so they can follow up personally.

Text Ferry does not provide medical advice, scheduling, billing, or any other professional services. It is solely a communication management tool.

Program name: Text Ferry Automated Reply Service

Message frequency: Messages are sent only when a client texts a registered provider's Text Ferry number while the provider is in session. Frequency varies based on client contact. Typically 1-2 messages per inbound interaction.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates apply to all messages sent and received.

Opt-out: To stop receiving automated messages from a Text Ferry number, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your number from that provider's Text Ferry number.

Help: To get help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at steph@textferry.app. We will respond within 2 business days.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension of your Text Ferry account and reporting to relevant authorities.

Disclaimer of warranties

Text Ferry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will be delivered in all circumstances. Carrier filtering, network issues, or other factors outside our control may affect delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tepita Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Text Ferry, including but not limited to missed communications, lost business, or client relationship issues.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Text Ferry after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify active providers by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
